• For buyers there’s overwhelming choice, high complexity, and a rapidly changing product landscape -  making it take ages to find the right software.
• For sellers, there’s huge competition - making it increasingly hard & expensive to acquire customers, especially for new entrants.
• For both, price discovery and implementation is extremely inefficient, meaning many potential software purchases are not made.

And things are about to get much worse

Recent advances in AI make it far easier to build and continuously update software. For buyers, there will be exponentially more software that changes daily. For sellers, there will be exponentially more competition.
